To print out a listing of your storage content, click on the "Print" button. To make a shopping list, you can print out a list of food content when the inventory is full. Once near depletion, print out another list or simply compare with the on-screen inventory, cross out names of the remaining inventory on your originally list and you have a shopping list to go to the market with.
